A TED Story - From Complexity to Simplicity..

In fact, the general problems we struggle with range from the utterly simple to several that are very complex and abstruse. Since the writer is a Korean Language Education major, I sometimes get to read 'classical Chinese poetry,' but in my case I still don't know most of the Chinese characters, so I have to look them up myself and interpret them one by one. In the case of a five-character quatrain or regulated verse, since there are five characters, you can somehow piece it together to get close to the meaning, but with seven characters that's impossible. The volume is large, and since you don't know the order of interpretation, piecing it together is no small task.
In this video, it proposes using 'simplicity' as a way to solve such complexity. A representative case is the use of the molecular structure model we're all familiar with: by focusing on the part we're trying to figure out, grasping the relationships around it, finding the principle within it, and then expanding by applying it to other connecting links as well.

Since this video is short in content, I think it's best to watch and feel it for yourself.
