Is today the 7th session?

How we get stressed, and how each of us relieves it.

It seems that stress decreases when you don't apply your own standards to others.

Ways of laughing it off / ways of venting to others / ways of enjoying hobbies during alone time / eating something sweet / going to a cafe / listening to music / watching a movie - generally, the more varied your methods, the faster your recovery tends to be - because you can choose the method that fits the situation.

Along with that, some decent feedback too.

I got the feeling that people seem a little more alive. Everyone is opening up a bit.
