Bibimbap wasn't hard, but it was a dish that takes a lot of work. To start, the biggest problem was that you have to slice all the ingredients. Slicing the ingredients took longer than I'd thought. Today's case was about egg garnish - the white part, the yellow part, carrot, zucchini, mushroom, and julienned garlic, and if 'cucumber,' 'lettuce,' and such are added a bit more, properly slicing those will also take some time. Fortunately, these two don't need to be stir-fried so it doesn't matter, but if I were to add bean sprouts or mung bean sprouts, I'd have to keep in mind that those need to be blanched....
It was a tastier dish than I'd expected. Ah, I hope I can make it again next time.
